Gennaro Toscano

Gennaro Toscano is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Process Engineer at FEMTOprint SA since April 2024. Previously, Gennaro held multiple roles at Axetris AG, including Litho / Dry Etch Process Team Leader and Process Integration Engineer, and served as Dry Etch Process Team Leader and Process Engineer at STMicroelectronics from 2019 to 2022. Gennaro has a strong background in dry etching processes, having worked at OCLARO as a Principal Process Development Engineer and at International Rectifier as a Shift Process Engineer. Earlier career roles include Process Engineer at Micron Technology and Product Engineer at STMicroelectronics. Gennaro holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Naples “Federico II.”
