Lorenzo Palma

Lorenzo Palma currently serves as the Production and Purchasing Sr. Manager at Fendi, where responsibilities include managing internal and external shoe production operations, encompassing various aspects such as production, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and budget management. In 2022, Lorenzo successfully led the launch of a new factory, resulting in a 40% increase in product volume while improving existing processes without disrupting business continuity. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Supply Chain and Logistics at Poltrona Frau, Industrial Project Leader at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., and various positions at Bonfiglioli, focusing on operations and logistics efficiency. Lorenzo holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and has completed education programs at Bologna Business School and Porsche Akademie.
