Ciarán Levingston has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Ciarán started their career in 2005 as a Software Test Engineer at Telcotec. In 2008, they worked as an Eye Tracking and Usability Consultant at eyetracker. Following that, they joined UXResearch in the same year as a Usability Consultant, where they worked on large web usability projects for government departments and commercial organizations.

In 2009, Levingston joined U1 Group as a Senior UX Research Consultant, where they planned and delivered UX research projects, focusing on maintaining the rigor and thoroughness of the research process. Ciarán also served as the Research Program Lead, leading a program of research and establishing a strong research process to support the business's use of the Net Promoter Score as a UX assurance measure.

From 2013 to 2015, Levingston worked at Deloitte Digital as a Senior Consultant, supporting UX design and research activities for financial, telecommunications, and government clients. Ciarán gathered user and business requirements and translated them into tangible outputs such as IA's, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Ciarán also provided support for technical design and front-end development in an agile project environment.

In 2015, Levingston joined Commonwealth Bank as a Senior UX Designer, specializing in small business and retirement/wealth management. Ciarán worked on various projects and delivered designs into the bank's digital channels, including a small business project that involved overcoming unique legal, business, and technical challenges to meet customer needs.

Currently, Levingston is working at Fenergo since 2016, where they initially served as a UX Designer before being promoted to the role of UX Design Manager in October 2017.

Ciarán Levingston's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Electronic Commerce (Technical) from Dublin City University, completing it in 2005.
