Mark O'Rorke has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mark most recently worked at Fenergo, starting in 2020. Mark held multiple roles within the company, including Technical Support Manager from April 2020 to November 2021, Global Support Manager from November 2021 to May 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Support EMEA.

Prior to joining Fenergo, Mark worked at CareWorks from 2013 to 2020. During their time there, they held various roles such as Support Analyst, DevOps Engineer, Implementation Team Manager, and Software Delivery Manager/Implementation Manager.

Before their tenure at CareWorks, they worked at A1computers from 2003 to 2013. Mark'sroles included IT Support and Repair Engineer, as well as Contract Client Support Manager where they managed a team of Microsoft Certified Engineers for multiple clients.

Mark O'Rorke graduated from University College Dublin in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Computer Science. Mark is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the National College of Ireland, with an expected completion date unspecified.

In addition to their formal education, Mark has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they became a certified Prince 2 Practitioner and obtained the Prince 2 Foundation certification. Mark also holds a Microsoft Certified Dynamics Specialist: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration certification, which they achieved in 2014. Furthermore, Mark obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in January 2022. In August 2021, they became a certified OneTrust Certified GRC Professional. Mark also holds the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification, which they obtained in November 2013, and the Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 certification from Microsoft, achieved in the same month and year.
