Tilly Martin is currently serving as the Global Director of Customer Support at Supermetrics since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tilly held several key positions at Kallidus from July 2020 to March 2025, including Global Head of Customer Operations, where Tilly was promoted to a global leadership role just three months after taking on the position. In this capacity, Tilly oversaw Global Customer Support, Global Customer Education, and Global Customer Success services and personnel. Earlier in Tilly's career, experience at Comstor UK as Sales Support involved handling various sales-based support tasks within a leading Cisco distribution environment. Tilly holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Henley Business School and a First Class BA (Hons) in Events Management from the University of Sunderland.
