Muro Djaparov (ムロ)

Muro Djaparov has a diverse work experience history that spans over multiple industries and countries. Muro (ムロ) is currently working as a Client Solutions Lead and Pre-Sales for Japan and APAC at Fenergo since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Managing Director at AlphaOne Consulting from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on business development and client solutions for Japanese citizens in various countries.

Before their time at AlphaOne Consulting, Muro worked as a Senior Relationship Manager and Sales professional at BNP Paribas from 2018 to 2020, where they were responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales. From 2017 to 2018, they held the position of Team Manager and Director at Morgan Stanley, where they primarily focused on people management aspects and risk management of collateral and client valuations control teams.

In their earlier career, Muro served as an Account Manager at BNY Mellon from 2013 to 2017, where they managed client accounts. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Business Analyst and Associate at Mizuho, where they gained experience in business analysis and associated roles. Muro's career began at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2003, where they served as a Project Manager until 2006.

Through their various roles, Muro Djaparov has developed a strong skill set in client solutions, pre-sales, business development, people management, risk management, and project management. Their experience in both domestic and international markets has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the global business landscape.

Muro Djaparov completed their Master's degree (Hons) in Public Administration and Policy from the International Christian University, which they attended from 2006 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022. Muro (ムロ) also holds a Recruitment License from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan, obtained in March 2020. In addition, they completed the Internal Control/Compliance Manager certification issued by the Japan Securities Dealers Association (JSDA) in June 2011, and obtained Level 1 & 2 Sales Representative certification from the same institution in February 2011. Muro also holds the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 certification, administered by The Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services in 2010. Finally, they are a candidate for the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification from the CFA Institute.
