Tucker Williams

Tucker Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer transformation and operations. Currently serving as SVP Customer Transformation & Ops at Fenergo since January 2023, Tucker has previously held significant roles at Accenture as VP GTM Transformation, focusing on software and platforms within business strategy from June 2021 to January 2023. At Finastra, Tucker was Chief of Staff for Americas Field Operations and Sr. Director of Customer Success Strategy, Programs, and Analytics from August 2020 to May 2021, following a Director position in Customer Success North America. Tucker's earlier experience includes various roles at Infor from June 2014 to August 2020, ranging from Sr. Director of Cloud Migrations to Digital Transformation Strategist. Tucker holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Colgate University and has additional educational achievements as a Junior Fellow at UCL and from King's Academy, along with a high school diploma from The Loomis Chaffee School.
