Chris Peracchi

Chris Peracchi has an extensive work experience in the finance and investor relations field. Chris most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Fenix Parts since December 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Oilfield Water Logistics from November 2016 to December 2019. Chris also worked at EXCO Resources, Inc. where they held various roles including Vice President, acting Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, Vice President, Finance & Investor Relations, & Treasurer, and Director, Finance & Investor Relations, & Treasurer from 2013 to 2016. Before joining EXCO Resources, Inc., they worked as an Associate Director of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Nabors Industries. Chris also held the role of Director, Finance and Investor Relations at Superior Well Services, Inc. from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Director in the Energy Group Investment Banking division at KeyBanc Capital Markets and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Chris began their career as a Senior Associate in the Business Assurance division at Coopers & Lybrand. Chris also had a brief experience as a Summer Associate in the Large Corporate Group at Banque Paribas.

Chris Peracchi completed their high school education at B.C. High School from 1982 to 1986. Chris went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Babson College, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 1996.
