Mariana is a qualified Food Scientist and brings with her 8 years’ experience in the food industry as well as a passion for healthy food. With a focus on Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Mariana ensures Fenn Foods’ reputation for high quality is maintained. As well as her technical duties, Mariana, along with the R&D team, develops new, innovative products that set the standard for the plant-based industry.
