Eric Michels

Eric Michels has a diverse work experience. Eric currently works as the Chief Operating Officer at Fennel, where they are involved in developing a product that helps investors align their investments with their values. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Owner and Business Manager at Suzie Q Cafe. In 2018, they founded and served as the President of Art:Pre-Ent., overseeing the release of a documentary and working with emerging artists. Eric also worked as a Remote Organizer for the Progressive Change Campaign Committee in 2016. Before that, Eric lived at a Zen Buddhist monastery as a Resident, where they trained in Zen practice and performed various tasks to maintain the monastery. Eric gained experience in organizing and mobilizing voters as a Field Organizer for Bernie 2016, managing multiple counties and achieving successes in Iowa and Colorado.

Eric Michels attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2011 to 2015. Eric obtained their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies during this time.
