David A. McCarville

David A. McCarville has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David A. is currently the Director at Fennemore Craig, P.C., where they specialize in succession planning and business and finance issues for partnerships and family-owned businesses. David A. also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, teaching classes on blockchain and cryptocurrency law and policy.

Prior to these roles, David held positions as a Shareholder at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, where they focused on various legal matters, and as a Partner at Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner, P.C., where they worked on estate planning, probate litigation, and real estate transactions. Earlier in their career, David worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they were involved in strategic planning for the U.S. Department of Energy's Yucca Mountain Project. David A. also served as a Nuclear Transportation Manager at Edlow International Company, managing international shipments of radioactive and highly sensitive cargo. Additionally, David worked in operations at Matrix International Logistics.

David A. McCarville obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University between 1988 and 1992. David A. pursued further education at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, where they completed a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in the field of Law from 2001 to 2004.
