Jennifer Green

Jennifer Green is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in leadership and organizational development within the manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief People & Culture Officer at Fenner Conveyors since May 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of General Manager - Organisation and Capability at Pact Group Holdings Ltd from October 2020 to May 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Director for O-I ANZ, HR Manager for Jamestrong Packaging Australia Pty Ltd, and HR Manager for General Mills and George Weston Foods, as well as HR Advisor at Airservices Australia. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
