Stacey Penn

Stacey Penn is a seasoned professional in recruitment and business management, currently serving as the Founder, Owner, and CEO of SAY Group since January 2005. Stacey has held various roles as a Corporate Recruiting Partner at multiple companies, including Fenner Precision, Fenner Drives, RegEd, and JENSEN HUGHES. Prior experience includes positions as US Recruiting Manager at Dawn Food Products and Corporate US Sales Recruiter at Armstrong World Industries, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing US recruiting efforts for sales across multiple divisions. Stacey began a career in recruitment at Contemporary Staffing Solutions from 1997 to 2000. An alumnus of Meredith College, Stacey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management.
