Md Arafat Al Islam Khan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR policy development, and strategic management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager (Country Lead) for People & Talent at Recover since August 2022, Md Arafat is responsible for creating strategic recruiting and retention plans aligned with business goals. Previously, Md Arafat held HR roles at Fakir Apparels Ltd. as Human Resources Manager, Progress Apparels (Bangladesh) Ltd. as a Human Resources Specialist, SQ Group as Senior Executive Human Resources, and Kenpark Bangladesh as Human Resources Executive. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Dhaka, a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Bangladesh Institution of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Dhaka.
