Virpi Lappeteläinen

Virpi Lappeteläinen currently serves as the Head of People Experience at Fennia, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing employee experience, well-being, and safety. With a robust background in Human Resources, Virpi has held various leadership roles, including interim HR Team Leader for Learning and Development and HR Team Leader for HR Operations and Employee Relations at Fennia. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at the Prime Minister's Office, where Virpi implemented a unified Talent Management model across multiple ministries, and multiple HR roles at the University of Helsinki, focusing on recruitment and staff development. Virpi holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education from the University of Helsinki and has pursued specialized training in career guidance and solution-focused therapy.
