Debra F. Williams

Debra Williams is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for both Fentura Financial Inc and The State Bank since June 2022, Debra also holds the position of President and CEO at Williams Collaborative, LLC, since 2013. Previous roles include Instructional Facilitator with SHRM, CHRO and Chief Operating Officer at Neighborhood Service Organization, and Chief Strategy, Culture and Talent Officer at REDICO. Debra's strategic leadership experience is further demonstrated through roles such as Board Member at Credential Check Corporation and Executive Vice President at Right Management. Debra possesses an MBA from Lawrence Technological University, a BA in Journalism from Wayne State University, and certifications in diversity leadership and professional coaching.
