Randy D. Hicks, M.D. was appointed as a Director of the Bank and the Corporation in August 2011. Dr. Hicks is the Founder and President of Regional Medical Imaging P.C. Dr. Hicks provides substantial financial and analytical perspective to the analysis of Corporation and Bank performance. Dr. Hicks provides the board with a unique perspective as a successful business owner and has been involved in various commercial real estate ventures throughout his career.
