Luis Rivera is Fenway Health’s Chief Financial Officer, joining the organization in 2019. In his role, Rivera oversees the financial operations of all Fenway Health programs and services, including The Fenway Institute, AIDS Action and the Sidney Borum, Jr. Health Center.
Rivera comes to Fenway with a wide range of leadership experience in healthcare, including expertise in financial operations, value-based contracting, and analytics across physician, health system, and payer organizations. He has held Director and AVP roles at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and North Shore Long Island Health System. He has also served as CFO for the New York State operations of Aetna, and for Highmark Health’s Physician Organization in Pennsylvania.
