Amit Patel

Amit Patel serves as the Managing Partner at Paceline Partners, previously known as the Houlihan Lokey Opportunity Fund, since 2001. Under Amit Patel's leadership, Paceline Partners was launched as a $100 million investment fund following its separation from Houlihan Lokey during the firm's IPO. Additionally, Amit serves as a General Partner at Paceline Opportunity Zone Fund I, focusing on investments in real estate opportunities meeting Opportunity Zone criteria. With extensive experience in investment banking, Amit was previously a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, specializing in restructuring services for financially troubled companies. Involved in various investment initiatives, Amit Patel is also an investor with firms such as L5 Real Estate Investments, Randolph Street Realty Capital, and Atlas Real Estate Partners, among others, while contributing as an Advisory Board Member for This Bar Saves Lives. Amit Patel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Wharton School, earned from 1988 to 1992.
