Susan Gordon

Susan Gordon is an accomplished professional with a strong background in human resources and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Fenwick, a position held since November 2024, Susan has previously held significant roles including Chief People & Legal Officer at hush and Planet Organic Ltd, and Non Executive Director at England Lacrosse. As the founder of Clario Legal & HR and SG Employment Law, Susan has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit alongside expertise in HR consultancy at Fenwick. With extensive experience as Chief People & Legal Officer at the European Tour and HR Director at Oriel Securities, Susan's career also includes over eight years as a Partner at Nabarro LLP, specializing in employment law. Susan holds a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and completed the Law Society Finals at The University of Law.
