Amanda Rose is a Partner and Practice Area Co-Lead for Capital Markets Public Companies at Fenwick & West, where tenure began in January 2012. Prior to this role, Amanda served as an Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from September 2009 to January 2012. Amanda holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Washington.
