Gjermund Borger Hansen

Gjermund Borger Hansen is currently the Head of Legal and Financing at Ferd AS. Prior to this role, Hansen worked at Swedbank as Vice President in Leverage Finance and Legal Counsel. Before Swedbank, Hansen was a Senior Associate at Thommessen, specializing in banking and finance. Hansen also briefly worked as a Teacher at Utdanningshuset and undertook trainee positions at Thommessen and Haavind. Hansen holds a Master's degree in Corporate law from the University of Bergen, among other various educational accomplishments.
