The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance and functionality of residential and multi-family properties. This includes performing routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring all systems are operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Assist in property improvement projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their maintenance concerns.
- Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule for emergency call-outs.
