Jake Randall has extensive work experience in customer success and sales roles. Jake currently serves as the Head of Customer at Fergus since June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Customer Success at 9 Spokes from February 2019 to June 2020, and the Manager of Customer Success (APAC) from April 2018 to January 2019. Jake also worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ensighten from July 2014 to February 2018.
