Joe Charles

Joe Charles is a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in estimating and project supervision, currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Ferguson Construction since April 2013. Joe's progression at Ferguson includes roles as an Estimator and Supervisor in Training, alongside foundational experience as a Construction Laborer. Prior internships at Gaylor, Inc. in 2011 and 2012 involved both residential and commercial low voltage installations, providing hands-on expertise in tasks such as wire pulls, conduit installation, and equipment setup. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Ball State University, earned in 2012.
