Carly MacKay

Carly Mackay is an experienced professional with a strong background in franchise development and network management. Currently serving as the Head of Network Development and Franchise Recruitment Manager at Ferguson Plarre's Bakehouse since July 2022, Carly previously held various significant roles at Bakers Delight, including Project Specialist and Group Franchise Development Manager from October 2018 to November 2022, as well as Franchise Area Manager and Group Manager Operations & Product Development from August 2013 to October 2016. Earlier career experiences include National Sales & Operations Manager at Sportsco, Leasing Executive at Jones Lang LaSalle, and Franchise Development Manager at Bakers Delight.
