Merel van Westrhenen

Merel van Westrhenen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR advisor at Ferm Werk since April 2020, Merel previously held roles including personnel administrator at Mitros and junior team member in HR at ONVZ, where responsibilities included overseeing HR administration and acting as a scrummaster. Merel's experience extends to roles at Career Control, Tzorg, and various educational institutions, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a Master’s thesis at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, focused on workplace innovation.
