Claudia Green

General Counsel at Fermat Capital Management

Claudia Green is General Counsel. Claudia has over 20 years of experience in cat bonds, structured products, and securitization including CLOs, CDOs, and RMBS. In the Structured Finance group at Skadden, she led multiple consecutive issuances of USAA's flagship Residential Re catastrophe bond program (still the ILS market's largest and longest continuously running program). Prior to joining Fermat Capital in 2010, Claudia continued her work in securitization as vice president and senior analyst for Moody's Investor’s Service. There she was the principal legal analyst on many ILS transactions, CLOs, and CDOs, and she analyzed structural and legal risks, including counterparty risk and swaps in various cash-flow structures. Claudia has bar admission in the State of New York and received her BA and LLB from the University of New South Wales (1995).
