Petrus Steyn

Petrus Steyn is a highly experienced engineer currently serving as Lead Design Engineer at Fermel (Pty) Ltd since June 2022 and as the Owner of Future Engineering Consultants since September 2020. Previously, Petrus held positions as a Project Engineer at Johnson Matthey and Vertex Automation. At Necsa, from July 2012 to October 2018, Petrus completed a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering while working as a consulting mechanical engineer on significant projects, including the THRIP Waste-to-Energy Project. Petrus holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North-West University and began an engineering career with roles such as a casual worker and vacation worker in earlier years.
