Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative at Fern Expo

Kelly Hook has had a diverse range of work experience. Kelly began their career as a Security Guard I at the City of Kansas City, MO, where they secured city hall and municipal court buildings and performed regular property tours. Kelly then worked as an Advertising Associate at HCI Publications for 10 years, where they coordinated the fulfillment of booth and sponsorship obligations, maintained floor plans and exhibitor lists, and managed multiple databases. Kelly then transitioned to PennWell Corporation as an Exhibit Services Coordinator, where they coordinated contractual obligations, provided assistance to exhibitors, and facilitated data transitions. Kelly later joined Medix Staffing Solutions as a Contract Employee for a short period. Currently, Kelly is working at Fern Exposition & Event Services as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative, providing administrative support, conducting lead research, creating proposals, and assisting clients with equipment inquiries.

Kelly Hook attended Rockhurst College from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in media.
