Eric Debus

Eric DeBus has a strong background in operations and facilities engineering. Eric started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Production Operator and later became an Industrial Electrician. Eric then joined Pfizer as a Project Technician before moving to Ferndale Laboratories as a Setup Technician. At Ferndale Laboratories, they worked their way up from a Setup Lead to a Facilities Engineering Technical Supervisor. Eric then took on roles as a Project Manager and Director of Facilities Engineering / Serialization and Traceability Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Ferndale Laboratories.

Eric DeBus attended Henry Ford College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Plant Maintenance with a field of study in Industrial Maintenance. In 2002, Eric also received a certification as an Industrial Electrician from Henry Ford Community College.
