Rufaro M. currently serves as Chief of Staff at Fero Labs since 2023 and has been an angel investor since 2017, focusing on early-stage startups across various industries with notable investments including Getaway UK, The Vendry, and Blockstack. Prior to Fero Labs, Rufaro M. held the position of VP - Operations & Strategy at Zevv and served as Principal in the Investment Banking Division at Independence Point Advisors. Rufaro M. also worked as Vice President in Bank of America's Investment Banking Division from 2016 to 2021, where recognition included the Women's Bond Club 2021 "Rising Star" Award. Earlier career roles include senior positions at AllianceBernstein and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.
