Jonathan Patino

Jonathan Patino is an experienced Process Improvement Manager at FERPA, where responsibilities include overseeing plant performance aspects such as production, quality, and manufacturing strategy. Jonathan has successfully led process improvement projects focused on standardized work and lean concepts. Previously, Jonathan served as a Six Sigma Process Engineer at Greene, Tweed, utilizing DMAIC methodologies, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at FMC Technologies, where research efforts contributed to developing TQM processes. Jonathan also held the position of Supply Chain Lead at Ferpa Precision Machine Inc., designing supply chain management programs and achieving significant cost savings. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Global Production Engineering and Management from the Warsaw University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Logistics from the University of Houston.
