Ken Vickery

Ken Vickery is currently the Director of Business Development at Ferrandino & Son. Ken has over 19 years of experience in the staffing and sales industry.

Ken started their career in sales with Comcast in 2001. Ken quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Regional Commercial/MDU Sales Manager in 2007. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and increasing sales revenue in their region.

In 2015, Ken left Comcast to join PeopleShare as their Branch Manager. PeopleShare is a staffing company that was founded in 2005 with the vision of being different than any other staffing company. They provide great people to great companies and have a unique advantage due to their years of experience in both small and larger staffing companies. Ken was responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, marketing, and operations.

In 2020, Ken left PeopleShare to join Ferrandino & Son as their Director of Business Development. Ferrandino & Son is a family-owned business that has been serving the Greater Philadelphia area for over 60 years. They offer a wide range of services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. As the Director of Business Development, Ken is responsible for increasing sales and expanding their customer base.

Ken Vickery has a Bachelor's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
