Alfred Carandang

Alfred Carandang, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement at Ferrara, having progressed through roles including Director of Continuous Improvement and Senior Manager in the same field since July 2022. Previously, Alfred held various engineering positions at Medline Industries, LP, from January 2019 to July 2022, culminating in the role of Engineering Manager. Earlier experiences include positions at Nestlé as a Quality Supervisor and Industrial Performance Engineer, and at Bemis Company, Inc. as a Process Engineer. Alfred began a career in process engineering at PEACOCK ENGINEERING COMPANY, LLC. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration focused on Leadership, Change Management, and Negotiations from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
