Doug Corcoran

Doug Corcoran has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. Doug started their career at Allegis Group as a Recruiting Manager from 1995 to 2000. Doug then worked as a Recruiting Manager at Accenture from 2000 to 2004. After that, they worked at BP as a Project Manager and Independent Consultant from February 2004 to July 2004. Doug joined Abercrombie & Fitch in August 2004 and served as the Director of HR, Recruitment, and Relocation until April 2011. Doug then worked at Lands' End as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Relocation from April 2011 to May 2014. From June 2014 to November 2018, they worked at The TJX Companies, Inc. as the AVP of Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for directing recruitment for various corporate roles. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Ferrara Candy Company, leading the talent acquisition function for corporate roles and manufacturing facilities in the US.

Doug Corcoran attended Reading High School from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they studied architecture at Yale University from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
