Hana Sobeck-Kim

Hana Sobeck-Kim serves as the Senior Director of R&D Breakthrough Innovation at Ferrara since March 2022, following a significant tenure at The Kraft Heinz Company from September 2001 to March 2022, where multiple leadership roles were held, including Head of R&D Knowledge and Collaboration and Cost Engineering R&D Lead. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Hana has led teams and initiatives focused on innovation, commercialization, and cost savings, resulting in impactful projects worth $65M annually.
