Jerry Ding has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jerry started their career as an Operational Manager and Head Math/Physics Tutor at JEI Self-Learning Systems, Inc. from 2009 to 2012. Jerry then worked as a Business Process Coordinator at ATCO Electric in 2012, where they focused on standardizing communication protocols and workflow processes.

In 2013, Jerry worked as an HR Intern at Procter & Gamble, followed by roles as an MBA Consultant at Honeywell Aerospace and Johnson & Johnson. Jerry also served as an MBA Consultant at Boeing in 2014.

Jerry joined Kellogg Company in 2014 as a Human Resources Manager. During their tenure, they played an integral role in reducing the Total Recordable Incident Rate and served as an Interim HRBP for the Kashi Business Unit.

In 2017, Jerry briefly worked at Kashi Company as an Interim HR Business Partner before transitioning to Brigham Young University, where they pursued an MBA from 2012 to 2014.

In 2019, Jerry joined Ferrara as a Human Resources Manager. Jerry later took on the role of Senior Manager, HR Information Systems, and is currently serving as the Head of HR Information Systems and Analytics. Their responsibilities include managing change management activities, handling employee relations, and supporting the transition of production to a new location.

Jerry Ding completed their education as follows:

- From 2012 to 2014, they attended Brigham Young University and obtained an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior / Human Resources Management.

- Between 2008 and 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta.

- Jerry completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta from 1999 to 2004.

- Their high school education was at Archbishop Macdonald High School from 1997 to 1999.

- In June 2020, they completed the Online CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from the National CPR Foundation.

- Jerry completed the Modeling Courageous Leadership: Intelligent Disobedience course from LinkedIn in 2020.

- In April 2019, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

- Jerry has also obtained various LinkedIn certifications related to strategic planning, human resources, leadership, and employee engagement.

- Jerry obtained the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE Exam) certification from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in 2005.
