Martin C. Gavin

Martin C. Gavin has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Martin C. began their career as an Aquatics Center Lifeguard at Horace Mann School before moving on to become the Director of Pool and Lifeguard at The Surf Club, Inc. In 2014, they became a Board Member of the Princeton University Sport Club Executive Council.

In 2015, Martin took on various roles at Princeton University, including being a Marquand Library Front Desk Assistant, a Student Advertising Agent, a Swim Instructor, and a Corporate Contacts Manager at Business Today.

In 2016, they worked as an Investment Analyst Intern at Greenwich Point Capital, where they assisted in market and investment research. Martin C. also had a Summer Analyst position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they gained knowledge across fixed income divisions.

Martin joined The Kraft Heinz Company in 2017 as a Corporate Management Trainee, delivering results through project rotations on the In-Store Sales team. Martin C. eventually became a Retail Analytics Analyst and then a Senior Analyst, Retail Analytics - In Store Sales, responsible for data analysis and managing territories for the field sales team.

From 2019, Martin worked at Ferrara, where they held various roles, including Manager - Grocery East Retail and Manager - Strategic Growth Initiatives. Their most recent role at Ferrara is Corporate Sustainability Lead, which they started in January 2022.

Martin C. Gavin attended the Horace Mann School from 2009 to 2013 for their high school education. Martin C. then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance at Princeton University from 2013 to 2017. In 2014, they participated in a Summer Study Abroad Program in Italian Language and Culture at Università degli Studi di Macerata. Martin C. also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC.
