Nikil Satish

Nikil Satish possesses extensive experience in the fields of commercial transformation and product development within the confectionery industry, having held various roles at Mars from August 2015 to the present, including Global Commercial Transformation Change Manager and Product Development Scientist. Additionally, Nikil serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since August 2019, along with previous leadership roles within the fraternity and Alpha Chi Sigma Fraternity. Nikil's early career includes positions at Sigma-Aldrich and the Andrew Gewirth Chemical Research Group. Nikil earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014.
