Sam Amelio

Sam Amelio has a diverse range of work experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Sam currently holds the position of Head of Talent Management at the Ferrara Candy Company since 2017. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness at Exelon from 2014 to 2016. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as the Vice President of Global Talent Management at Molex, where they led a global team and partnered with various business units. Before that, Sam worked as a Talent Management/Leadership Development Consultant at PDI Ninth House from 2006 to 2010 and as a Consultant at Valtera Corporation from 2005 to 2006. Sam started their career as an Assessment Team Leader at Ford Motor Company from 2002 to 2005 and began their journey in the field as a Certified Assessor at HR Management Group, Inc. from 1998 to 2002.

Sam Amelio has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. They also hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.
