Fabio Aliprandi

Fabio Aliprandi is an experienced HR professional with a robust history in organizational development and human resources management across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Organization, Development and Compensation at Ferrari since April 2022, Fabio has previously held key HR leadership roles at MTA S.p.A. as HR Director and at Magneti Marelli in various capacities, including Green Technology Systems - HR Director and South EMEA HR Director. During tenure at Magneti Marelli, responsibilities included supporting management in HR activities, coordinating HR functions across multiple countries, and engaging in talent management and organizational development.
