Nicola Antonio Sotira

Nicola Antonio Sotira is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for the Technologies & Manufacturing Department at Ferrari since January 2022, focusing on change management, talent processes, and compliance within the organization. Prior to this role, Nicola held the position of HR Plant Manager at Luxottica from July 2019 to January 2022, contributing to operational success through strategic HR management.
