Silvia Gabrielli is currently the Chief Digital & Data Officer at Ferrari. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Technology Strategist at Microsoft from February 2017 to June 2019. Her focus was on the Fashion, Luxury, Retail and Consumer Industries. Silvia played a trusted advisory role at the executive level to support customers in their digital transformation journey and understanding how Microsoft technology could address their innovation challenges.

Gabrielli has also worked as a SAP Customer Advisor and Business Development Manager from January 2012 to January 2017, as well as a Business Transformation Consultant from January 2007 to December 2011. Prior to that, they were a Business Developer for an Environmental Engineering Start-Up from January 2004 to December 2007.

Silvia Gabrielli has a Mooc in Marketing from Kellogg Executive Education, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Università Bocconi, and an Erasmus Exchange Student in Business Administration, Environmental Strategy, from Lancaster University Management School. Silvia also has certifications from Microsoft in Kellogg: Modern Marketing - Distinction and Insight Selling.
