Zsolt Gocsei has a diverse work experience in various roles related to financial crime, fraud, customer care, and risk management. Zsolt started their career in 2006 as a Debt Recovery Officer at Magyar Cetelem Bank, handling collection accounts and resolving minor issues. In 2009, they joined Docler as part of the Risk Management and Payment Support department, where they focused on mitigating transactional fraud and providing exceptional customer support. In 2011, Zsolt became the Head of Customer Care and Fraud Protection at Escalion, supervising fraud detection, unauthorized transaction management, and conducting interviews. Zsolt continued their work with Escalion in 2013 as a Transaction Fraud Officer, responsible for the global anti-fraud process and promoting a risk-aware culture. Currently, Zsolt is employed at Ferratum Group, where they started as a Fraud Specialist in 2016 and is now the Financial Crime and Monitoring Manager, overseeing anti-fraud measures and monitoring systems. Throughout their career, Zsolt has demonstrated a strong focus on minimizing revenue losses, educating merchants, and fostering risk awareness.

Zsolt Gocsei obtained their Master's degree in Philosophy from ELTE, where they studied from 2002 to 2008.
