Christian Mahr

Christian Mahr is an experienced professional in Quality and Food Safety, currently serving as the Head of Quality at Ferrero since July 2021 and as the Founder and CEO of Qadcon, which provides customized solutions in this field since January 2019. Previous roles include Director of Quality & Food Safety at apetito AG and VP of Quality & Food Safety at Danone, where Mahr held several positions including Global Director. Other significant experience includes managerial roles at Campbell Soup Company, Onken Dairy, Hoechst Nutrinova, and Kraft Jacobs Suchard Ltd. Mahr's educational background includes a postdoc in Chemistry from UC San Diego and a Ph.D. in Food Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich.
