Paola Avogadro

Paola Avogadro is an experienced packaging professional with a robust background in both global and domestic markets. Currently serving as the Global Packaging Design Director at Ferrero since September 2011, Paola has held key roles in overseeing packaging for the Americas and Emerging Markets, as well as leading global packaging innovation initiatives. Prior to Ferrero, Paola worked at Unilever from 1996 to 2011, where significant positions included Global Packaging Director for Home & Personal Care and Oral Care, as well as roles in R&D and operations management. Paola holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Politecnico di Milano, completed from 1988 to 1995.
