Beatriz Perez

Beatriz Perez has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Beatriz currently serves as the Head of HR at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since December 2020. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR Portugal at The Walt Disney Company from October 2019 to December 2020. From January 2016 to October 2019, they held the position of Head of HR - Spain, Portugal & France at FOX Networks Group. Before that, they were the Head of HR Hub - Europe & Central Asia at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from September 2014 to January 2016. Beatriz Perez also worked at Microsoft, where they served as an HR Director from January 2012 to August 2014 and as an HR Business Partner from December 2007 to January 2012. Beatriz started their career at Banco Primus as an HR Manager from October 2005 to December 2007 and began their HR journey at Cisco Systems as an HR Representative from November 2000 to October 2005.

Beatriz Perez obtained a Licenciatura degree in Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, from 1993 to 1998. In 1999-2000, they attended IE Business School and got a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
