Dr. Stéphane R.

Dr. Stéphane R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in different industries. Dr. Stéphane is currently the Head of Vendor Management Office at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the VP Group Procurement at Pictet Group from December 2014 to March 2020. Dr. Stéphane also held the position of Procurement Manager at Novartis in 2014. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as the Procurement and Outsourcing Director at UBP - Union Bancaire Privée. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Simalaya SA from 2006 to 2008, and as the Head of Customer Relations EMEA and Asia at Iomega from 2004 to 2005. Dr. Stéphane also served as the Customer Care Quality and Training Manager at Orange Communications SA from 2000 to 2003, and as the IT Service Quality Manager at Orange Switzerland in 1999. Dr. R. began their career as a Data Science Consultant at Nestle S.A. from 1997 to 1999.

Dr. Stéphane R. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université Grenoble Alpes in 1993-1995. They then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the same university in 1996-1997. In 2018-2022, Dr. Stéphane R. completed an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Negotiation & Conflict Management at the Business Science Institute. They also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including High Performance Leader from IMD, Black BELT Negotiator from Inness, NVC Mediator from CNV Suisse, Advanced Negotiation from Scotwork, High Potential Leader from Teetch, ITIL v3 and v2 from APM Group, and Project Management from Kepner-Tregoe.
