François Hosotte has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. François started their career at Johnson & Johnson in 1990, where they held various roles including Maintenance Engineer, Production and Packaging Manager, Production Engineering Manager, Site Engineering Manager, Production Unit Director, and Pharma & Site Engineering Director. During their time at Johnson & Johnson, they managed numerous projects, developed new business units, and implemented cost-saving measures. In 2005, François joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Plant Director, where they successfully constructed and launched a new manufacturing site and initiated the construction of a sterile fill-finish site in the US. François later served as the VP of Solids & Packaging Manufacturing, where they established and managed a cluster organization of five manufacturing sites, implemented Lean Manufacturing practices, and played an active role in the business development and licensing committee. François currently holds the position of VP Strategic Projects and Engineering at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where they lead the decision-making process and provides technical advice and information for the company's manufacturing strategy.

François Hosotte obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering & Productic from Polytech'TOURS, where they studied from 1986 to 1989.
